Refunds
- Once your return request is approved and processed, refunds are issued within 1–2 business days.
- Refunds will be credited directly to your original payment method or bank account.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Requirements
To request a return, replacement, or exchange, you must provide:
- A clear 360-degree unboxing video showing the package being opened and the product condition upon arrival.
Requests without this video may not be eligible for approval.
Eligible Exchange Cases
Exchanges are only available under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged
- There is a size-related issue
- You received an incorrect item
Return Shipping
- Return pickups are not free and are arranged based on mutual agreement.
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Inspection & Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected at our warehouse.
- The exchange or refund process will begin after successful inspection and approval.
